" Earth day, April 22, 2008, clean-up and adopt a road project

o Tabled- I will put this on the calendar for the possibility of doing this next year
" Bennett Rd parcel: Pat
o The council has decided to keep this as town owned land but it is not designated as conservation land at this time. Greg did a great presentation about this parcel.
" Impact fee/open space plan and mission statement: Pat
o Roger Cole is back working for MTA2C part time and wants to reinvigorate the open space plan, get it approved by the planning board, than the council. Re: email vote- Greg said he wanted to read it again and didn't know what the hurry was and didn't respond after I told him we essentially approved this when we sent it off to the planning board, so I had to postpone the meeting with the planning board. It is now scheduled for March 4th.
o Vote needed to approve this plan.

Salmon Fall River Greenbelt plan-Cathy, Pat
Cathy has rewritten the history section, how about anyone else for their parts? Following is from the minutes as to what everyone is to do.
John will research section 4.2.d-Check with Beginning With Habitat for updates about rare plant species. Greg will create a map for section 6.1. Greg will review land use edits in section 6.2. Pat will ask Cathy to re-write/edit history section.

I filled out the budget report we received and have not heard anything from the manager as of now.

Surrounding parcel up by Wild Rose Lane, will be talking with Steve Bodkin about finishing up the management plan

Sue Bickford of the Wells Reserve has put us on her list to make maps for us. Greg has been working on maps
