Both the 1991 Comprehensive Plan and the current Comprehensive Plan are available here. On May 12, 2008 the Town Council adopted the plan with several amendments and without the Fiscal Capacity Chapter. Please see theabbreviated Council Minutes link above. The State letter of consistency is also available via the links above.

Final printing of the plan has been placed on hold until the Fiscal Capacity Chapter has been adopted. If you prefer, a CD of the plan is available in the Town Clerk's office for $5.00.
