BOARD OF ASSESSORS
NOVEMBER 10, 2003
Chairman Robert Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:08pm. Councilors present included John Ford, Suzanne Roberge, John Rudolph, and Richard Clough, Sr.. Jon St. Pierre, Town Manager and Jeff Waterhouse, Assessing Agent were also in attendance.
Mr. Waterhouse presented the Board with the 2003 Municipal Valuation Return. A brief discussion ensued regarding the return.
Mr. Rudolph questioned the due date of the return. Mr. Waterhouse stated that the return was due by November 1st. He further stated that the return is late due to an oversight on his part; and there is a financial penalty for filing late.
On a motion by Mr. Clough, seconded by Mr. Rudolph, it was unanimously voted to table taking action on the return until the end of the Council meeting, to allow the Councilors to review the document.

Discussion ensued regarding the right of GWRLT to apply for the abatement. The property was purchased from the Hawthorne Nominee Trust in June 2003.
